WEB & I.D.e.A- TABLES TURN X LOVE AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT (KOLT 13 REMIX)

"Tables Turn" is a song that I originally did with Benjamin Arce for the WEB's Great I.D.e.A mixtape. When we first came up with the plan to re-release God's Favorites, there were a few songs from the mixtape that I had wanted to master properly and the re-release was the perfect way for me to do that. The second song, "Love At The Speed Of Light" is one of my favorite songs I've written thus far and one that I feel went over a lot of people's heads. Having watched most of my friends that I grew up with fall into drug and alcohol addiction, I wrote this song from a personal place and analyzed the addict/drug relationship. KOLT 13, who's an amazing electronic artist from France, heard the song and immediately asked to remix it. I've never been a huge fan of electronic music but he definitely did the song justice on this one. Btw, I love huge long write-ups about stuff you're probably not interested in. Open Bar Season continues next week.
